As a delegated operator, you can use the Privileges panel to restrict your operational scope across all assigned resources, including Virtual Tenants, Number Pools, and License Pools. This feature streamlines operations for users who work across different organizational units—such as agencies, hospitals, or departments—where they may have varying levels of access. For example, an operator may have full management rights in one segment (represented by a CoreView Virtual Tenant), while only having read-only access in another. The “Privileges” panel lets operators configure their environment to access two or more segments at once, applying the access level that is shared among all the selected Virtual Tenants.
Privileges sections
Note: depending on your solution, the number of sections or elements visible within the Privileges panel may vary. For more information, contact your Tenant Admin.
Tenant roles
This section lists all roles assigned to you at tenant level. If you are an operator with Virtual Tenants and V-Tenant-specific roles and permissions assigned, available roles may be limited when one or more V-Tenants are selected. In this case, the roles common to all V-Tenants selected (and therefore active) will be indicated by an intersection icon.

- Read-only role: this is a view-only role that is assigned by default to all operators as they are created before any additional role is assigned to them.
Virtual Tenants
When available, this section displays all V-Tenants assigned to your account. Here you can select a subset of your V-Tenants. Selecting one or more V-Tenants limits your scope to the elements included in the selected Virtual Tenants.

Virtual Tenant roles and permissions
If your Tenant Admin has assigned you Virtual-Tenant-specific roles and permissions, expanding each V-Tenant will display the roles and permissions that have been assigned to you within each Virtual Tenant. When you select or deselect assigned V-Tenants, the available roles and permissions will update automatically in the respective “Tenant roles” and “Permissions” sections, where an intersection icon will indicate available roles and permissions based on current selection.

Permissions
This section is read-only and displays all Permission Sets available to you. In case the number of permission sets is temporarily restricted due to V-Tenant selections applied, the intersection icon will indicate the available Permission Sets.

Error: No shared permissions
If you select a combination of Virtual Tenants with no common permissions, an error page will be displayed.

Number Pools
In this section (where configured), you can select a single Number Pool from those assigned to you. By default, all assigned Number Pools are displayed.

When you choose a Number Pool, the others are deactivated, allowing you to work exclusively with your selection. To revert and access all Number Pools again, simply select “Reset default”—this will reselect all available Number Pools.

License Pools
If License Pools are set up, you can view License Pools assigned to your account in read-only mode.
