Use the Storage and versioning tab to view storage and versioning data for files in a single SharePoint site. The tab uses the same report grid, column set, and row-level panels as the standalone SharePoint item level report. Results are limited to the selected site.

Standard report toolbar
The toolbar above the report grid provides the following report actions:
- Columns picker: show, hide, and reorder columns.
- Reports filters: limit results by site, user, date, or activity.
- Actions menu: create a custom policy, export report data, save a custom report, send the report by email, or schedule a report.
- Manage panel: opens the standard CoreView Manage panel, where you can run Management Actions and Workflows on selected rows.
Report grid
The report grid lists files in the selected site with their storage and versioning data. For column definitions and row-level panel behavior, see the SharePoint item level report documentation.
The grid supports the following functions:
- Per-column filtering.
- Sorting.
- Pagination.
- Bulk selection.
- Column selection and ordering through the Columns picker.
Version history modal
Select a value in the Versions column to open the Version history modal for that file. The modal displays the file's version history and the available version-related fields.

Folder navigation toggle
Use the Folder navigation toggle to display the direct children of a site or folder.
- Turn on the Folder navigation toggle. The report reloads and displays the root-level files and folders in the selected site.
- Select the down right arrow icon to view folder content for a folder row. The grid reloads and displays that folder's direct children.
- Turn off the Folder navigation toggle to return to the complete flat list for the selected site.

Selecting a file or folder name opens the Granted access panel, which displays the item's access information. Use the down right arrow icon to open a folder's direct children in the report grid.
