Once an Access Review is in progress, the Access Reviews dashboard displays the current status. Tenant admins can manage ongoing reviews and export Access Review audit logs for record-keeping.

Actions

Progress status

The “Progress status” action opens a report containing a table that lists review resources, assigned reviewers, and the current progress of each review. In the “Actions” column, you will find options that allow you to manage review tasks based on their status.
Review in progress
When a review is in progress, you have the option to release ownership of the review tasks. Releasing ownership removes the current reviewer’s assignment, making the task available for other assigned reviewers to take over and complete the review.

Review completed
You can download the audit log for each review task that has been completed.

Send reminder (periodic reviews only)
The “Send reminder” action sends reminders to reviewers with pending tasks. Reminders can be configured to send immediately, on a specific date, or a specified number of days before the due date. To schedule multiple reminders, select “Add another reminder”.

Review history (periodic reviews only)
The “Review history” action displays previous review cycles and their status (completed or not completed) with corresponding due dates. For completed reviews, use the download icon to obtain logs.

Download log
The “Download log” action exports the consolidated review log as a CSV file after completion. Logs are retained for one year.

Delete review
The “Delete review” action removes the Access Review and its associated logs from the dashboard. Logs become unrecoverable after deletion.
