The Item sharing and access tab preserves the columns, behaviors, and panel interactions of the standalone Items with unique permissions report and is pre-filtered to the selected site. Use this tab to:
- Find files and folders in the selected site that have unique permissions.
- Review access granted to people, groups, and sharing links.
- Run actions from the report toolbar.

Standard report toolbar
The toolbar above the report grid provides the following report actions:
- Columns picker: show, hide, and reorder columns.
- Reports filters: limit results by site, user, date, or activity.
- Actions menu: create a custom policy, export report data, save a custom report, send the report by email, or schedule a report.
- Manage panel: opens the standard CoreView Manage panel, where you can run Management Actions and Workflows on selected rows.
Report grid
The grid lists files and folders in the selected site that have unique permissions. It supports per-column filtering, sorting, pagination, bulk row selection, and the Columns picker. For the full report definition, see the Items with unique permissions report.
Granted access panel
Select a file or folder name to open the Granted access panel.
You can also select the item name, link count, or sharing-links count in a row to open the panel. The panel contains the following tabs:
- People: users with access granted directly to the item.
- Groups: groups with access granted to the item.
- Links: active sharing links for the item, including link type, scope, and creation details.
Each tab displays access records for the selected item.

Folder navigation toggle
Use the Folder navigation toggle to display direct children of a site or folder.
- Turn on the Folder navigation toggle. The report reloads and displays only root-level files and folders in the selected site.
- Select the down right arrow icon to view folder content next to a folder row. The grid reloads and displays that folder’s direct children only.
- Turn off the Folder navigation toggle to return to the full flat list for the selected site.
Selecting a file or folder name opens the Granted access panel, which displays the item's access information. Use the down right arrow icon to open a folder's direct children in the report grid.
