October 14 enhancements

IN THE SPOTLIGHT

[ACCESS REVIEW] Access Review Admin role and V-Tenant scope: a new “Access Review Admin” role enables Tenant Admins to delegate the creation and management of access reviews to delegated operators. Additionally, Tenant Admins may restrict each reviewer's responsibilities to a specific Virtual Tenant when assigning periodic review tasks. This enables controlled delegation and enforces targeted access review management.

OTHER IMPROVEMENTS

[WORKFLOWS] “Stopped” workflow status option: when configuring a workflow, operators can now specify the final status—“Succeeded” or “Stopped”—if the workflow ends with a “Stop” action. Workflows marked as “Stopped” cannot be restarted.
Inspired by a CoreVoice idea.
[SETTINGS] Policy ID visibility in workflow execution logs: workflows triggered by a policy now include an “Execution Source” parameter in the Audit logs under Settings. This parameter displays the PolicyID that identifies the policy responsible for triggering the workflow.
Inspired by a CoreVoice idea.
[USER REWIND] “Notes” field added to Revert action modal: a “Notes” field is now available when performing a revert action from the “Changes” tab in the User Card, regardless of whether admin approval is required. Operators can enter custom notes to record the reason for the revert, supporting detailed tracking and reference to related support tickets.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

[REPORTS] Partial sync now tracks App Registration changes: CoreView’s partial import process now identifies and logs creation, deletion, and modification events for App Registrations. This functionality enables security teams to promptly detect and respond to changes that may introduce security risks.
