[REPORTS] New Report Insights: we’ve added insights to more reports, allowing you to combine them as filters. This enhancement empowers you to find relevant information, streamline report analysis, and enhance efficiency in data exploration.

This feature is exclusively available within the CoreView ONE solution.

OTHER IMPROVEMENTS

[COREVIEW APP] New notification banner for Graph consents: Tenant Admins are now alerted via an in-app banner when a “Graph management” consent is missing or needs configuration. This ensures quicker self-troubleshooting and streamlined issue resolution.

[COREVIEW APP] Manage release note email subscription: you can now update your release note email preferences directly within both the CoreView and Configuration Manager apps. Simply open the “Announcements” pop-up in either app to view and adjust your subscription settings.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • [REPORTS/ACTIONS] Removal of “MFA Auth State” property: with the deprecation of the MSOL service, the now unreliable MFA Auth State field (Enabled, Disabled, Enforced) has been removed from reports and management actions. Actions like “Reset authentication methods”, “Edit user”, and “Edit mailbox” will now rely on updated MFA state information to ensure accuracy.
  • [REPORTS] Enhanced report visibility: operators with the appropriate permissions can now directly access the "Message trace", "Quarantined messages", and "Calendar permission" reports, bypassing the need for audit role dependency.
