IN THE SPOTLIGHT

New: play with audio 📢

Introducing multi-column custom lists: our upgraded custom list feature lets you upload multi-column CSV files for workflow setups. When configuring execution inputs, the CSV generates an input for each column, using the first column as a reference. Simply select the reference value to autofill the other inputs during execution.

This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice request.

Note: please name your custom list according to workflow conventions: no spaces or special characters, except for underscores (“_”). If you have existing lists that don’t comply, please rename them before proceeding.

OTHER IMPROVEMENTS

  • [WORKFLOWS] Bulk update for custom lists: you can now update a custom list by uploading a new CSV file. Simply select “Re-upload CSV to add rows” to automatically refresh the list in all associated workflows. This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice idea.
  • [PERMISSIONS] Streamlined access to Sign-in reports: Sign-in reports are now accessible to organizations without the Audit add-on. Delegated operators can access them with the necessary permissions, without needing a specific role.

This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice request.

[SETTINGS] Enhanced Operator Group management: the Operator Group management page now includes tabs for viewing, adding, and removing permissions, virtual tenants, and license pools. Additionally, the License Pool management interface now supports assignment to operator groups.

This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice request.

[REPORTS] Enhanced Unlicensed OneDrive Owners report: quickly determine who accessed unlicensed OneDrives and when by clicking the icon next to each unlicensed OneDrive owner in the report, streamlining auditing activities.

OTHER IMPROVEMENTS

  • [PLAYBOOKS] MFA policy deprecation: as previously announced, we have now removed the “Admins without MFA default method for strong authentication” policy because it relied on data that Microsoft will soon deprecate
  • [REPORTS] Enhanced editing capabilities for tenant admins: tenant admins can now edit custom reports they do not own and decide whether to overwrite the original report or create a copy. Inspired by a CoreVoice request.
