User attributes

  • Last update on July 30th, 2025

User Rewind records and displays activities related to user attribute changes. Below, you’ll find the types of attribute changes that can be monitored; some of these can also be reverted.

How user attributes are displayed and managed

User attributes are displayed in groups but can be reverted individually.

This means that if you modify multiple user attributes at once, they will appear together as a single grouped entry. However, you can still revert each attribute individually.

For example, if you change a user’s department, city, and country simultaneously, these changes will be shown as one group. You can then choose to revert one or more of these attributes as needed.

Manager-related attributes, such as those in the “Managerial Hierarchy” section, are an exception to this rule: they are not displayed in groups with other user attributes but instead have their own dedicated card.
