We have revamped our services to offer more customized solutions. This guide will introduce you to CoreView's new offerings and what they entail.

CoreSuite

Until February 2024, CoreView's primary offering was CoreSuite, which closely aligns with the new Enterprise package. The main difference is that the Audit feature, which was previously integrated into CoreSuite, is now offered as an add-on in the Enterprise package.

 

CoreView now provides four tailored packages: Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, and Suite. Take a look at the table below to quickly understand what's included in each package. Please note that the Suite package comes with all connectors*, whereas for the Professional and Enterprise packages, connectors are optional add-ons.

Essentials

The Essentials offering includes pre-built workflows and automation tools to help you manage your Microsoft 365 environment. It includes over 50 best practices to automatically detect and remediate issues about security, wasted licenses, and cluttered workplaces. Exception management allows you to manage temporary or deliberate deviations from standard policies.

Professional

The Professional package provides robust reporting, monitoring, and automation to ensure your Microsoft 365 environment and IT operations are secure, cost-efficient, and productive. Whether it's safeguarding against security vulnerabilities, reclaiming unused licenses to save costs, or decluttering your workplace for enhanced productivity, Professional doesn't just detect issues in your tenant; it prevents and remediates them.

Enterprise

Enterprise expands upon the powerful governance capabilities of Professional to segment your Microsoft 365 tenant and create granular role-based access controls to delegate operators to see and manage only users, licenses, information, and actions they are entitled to. It empowers operators to execute tasks they wouldn't typically be allowed to, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently without compromising security. By providing administrators with least privilege permission, Enterprise minimizes potential risks, ensuring that your operation is not only efficient but also secure.

Suite includes all the capabilities and connectors of the CoreView product line. This ensures you have a full toolkit that allows you maximum flexibility to create custom deployments and M365 solutions using CoreView.

Connectors

The Hybrid, Teams Phone, and Audit connectors can be added to both the Professional and Enterprise packages. These connectors are already included with the Suite offering.

Teams Phone Connector

  • Provides the ability to manage Teams Phone deployments
  • Phone number assignments and retrieval
  • Reporting on call quality and Teams Phone usage
  • Ability to monitor and manage auto attendants and call queues
  • Delegated administration of both direct routing and Teams Calling plan numbers (exclusive to Enterprise and Suite offerings)
 
 

Audit Connector

  • Provides the ability to import the Microsoft Unified Audit log into CoreView
  • Dedicated reports of security activity (risky users, impossible travel, etc.)
  • Ability to trigger alerts based on log events with the ability to trigger playbooks/workflows
 
 

Hybrid Connector

  • Hybrid Agent
  • Provides additional 15 Management Actions to maintain on-premises users, groups, and mailboxes
