Pre-import check
A fresh step has been introduced before your import begins. Our pre-import check acts like a trial run, spotting potential issues early on. It particularly ensures that the service accounts set up are ready to pull data from your M365 tenant. If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or Conditional Access is active, for instance, it'll trigger an error. But don't worry, the pre-import check will let you know about any issues well in advance, so no import goes ahead until everything's in the clear.
