COREVIEW APP
Breadcrumb and title bar redesign: decorative elements have been removed from the navigation steps and title bar in the CoreView app, winning back screen space.

Yammer rebranding: to align with Microsoft's renaming of Yammer to Viva Engage, we have updated the name within our CoreView app accordingly.
REPORTS
New reports for Enterprise apps: we’ve developed two new reports to manage your Entra ID apps:
- “Service principal owners” report: view all owners of your service principals in one place. Each entry displays the owner's UPN, service principal ID, and display name, simplifying management and auditing tasks.
- “App registration owners” report: access a comprehensive list of app registration owners. Each entry displays the owner's UPN, app ID, and app name, enabling efficient oversight and security management.

New policies for Enterprise apps: we’ve added two new policies to the “Application management” CoreView playbook to enhance the security posture of your Entra ID apps:
- “Expired app secrets” policy: automatically identify and report expired app registration secrets. Schedule regular scans to maintain your app's security and streamline secret management.
- “Expired app certificates” policy: detect and report expired certificates for your app registrations. Schedule automated scans to enhance security compliance and simplify application certificate management.

MANAGEMENT ACTIONS
Teams Voice settings: the new “Manage user’s voice settings” management action enables direct adjustments to Teams Voice settings within the CoreView app.

WORKFLOWS / MANAGEMENT ACTIONS
Bulk action confirmation: a new confirmation modal for actions affecting over 100 objects has been introduced to prevent accidental bulk changes. A dynamic warning message will pop up requiring explicit confirmation before proceeding.
This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice idea.

WORKFLOWS
Improved Workflow management: two new columns have been added to the Workflow table:
- “Parent workflows ID”: this column displays parent workflows associated with nested workflows, enhancing visibility into workflow hierarchies and dependencies.
- “Has catch action”: this column allows you to filter workflows based on catch actions, quickly identifying workflows with error-handling mechanisms in place.
- “Description”: this column displays the purpose of the workflows, giving you an immediate insight into what each listed workflow does. This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice idea.
