Tenant administrators have the option to clone an existing operator. This refers to the process of creating a new operator by copying all the details from an existing one, including all the roles, permissions, and other settings that have been assigned to the original operator. The cloned operator is essentially a replica of the original one, but it can be further customized after it has been created. This is a useful feature when setting up new operators that require similar roles and permissions as an existing operator.
To clone an operator, please follow the steps below.
Step 1
Select an existing operator by either clicking on the related row or by checking it from the checklist.
Step 2
Select “Clone operator” at the far right of the screen. You can clone one operator at a time only.
Step 3
Review all the information related to the selected operator. If needed, modify it.
Step 4
Click “Save” to complete the operation.
The cloned operator now appears in your list.
