IN THE SPOTLIGHT
[ACCESS REVIEW] Periodic Access Review scheduling: Tenant Admins can now schedule recurring access reviews using the “Dynamic” review type. When selected, this option automatically includes all current resources in the review and updates them in future cycles based on the defined schedule. Review cycles can be configured to run automatically at set intervals, with recurring reminder notifications sent to reviewers. |

[COREVIEW APP] Custom Action notifications sent to Profile email: Tenant Admins will now receive custom action notifications at the email address defined in “My profile > Personal info”. Admin profiles cannot be saved if the email field is missing or contains an invalid address. |

[TEAMS VOICE] Auto Attendant destinations aligned with Teams Admin Center: CoreView now aligns its Auto Attendant destinations with the Teams Admin Center. Delegated operators can configure call routing by selecting one of the following destinations:

ANNOUNCEMENTS
[REPORTS] Deprecation of Service Usage and Office Installations reporting: the following reporting features have been deprecated:
- “Service usage” dashboard (Reports > Licenses > Service usage)
- “Microsoft 365 installations” tab in the “Microsoft 365 Apps center” (Reports > Licenses > Microsoft 365 Apps center)
- Additionally, the “Microsoft 365 installations” counter and details were removed from the User Card.
These changes result from Microsoft 365 disabling the O365PortalOfficeInstallationsReportStep
data source.
