[USER TEMPLATES] Build onboarding templates from existing user profiles: you can now create onboarding templates using data from up to 10 selected user profiles. Select the specific attributes to include and set a match threshold for the system to auto-populate corresponding template fields. All relevant user data is consolidated into a fully customizable template. This feature is exclusively available within the CoreView ONE solution. |

[REPORTS] Detection of invalid resource owners: resource owners with blocked credentials, shared mailboxes, or insufficient licenses are now classified as invalid in reports. The “Has a valid owner” field is set to false for resources without at least one valid owner, indicating a potential security issue. These fields are available in reports for Groups, SharePoint sites, OneDrive, and App registrations. |

[ACCESS REVIEW] New OneDrive Owner and SharePoint Site Member templates: new templates for verifying OneDrive account ownership and SharePoint site membership are now available within Access Review.
