September 10 enhancements

IN THE SPOTLIGHT

Release day update

We’re moving our release day to Tuesdays. The next release will be available on Tuesday, September 30. All future releases will continue every 15 days as usual.

[GOVERNANCE CENTER] Tenant Grading recommended actions and Score Refresh: the Tenant Grading report now displays recommended actions specific to the operator viewing the page, showing the projected overall score improvement for each non-compliant policy remediation. Tenant Admins and Playbook Admins can recalculate the score immediately after applying remediations using the “Refresh score” button.

OTHER IMPROVEMENTS

[ACCESS REVIEWS] Automatic rerouting of Access Reviews for Invalid Owners: access reviews assigned to invalid owners (e.g., users with blocked accounts, shared mailboxes, or unlicensed) are now rerouted to the specified backup address. This update ensures continued monitoring and management of Teams groups, Security groups, Distribution groups, Microsoft 365 groups, SharePoint Online site members, and OneDrive owners.
[REPORTS] Addition of “Account Enabled” status column to Devices report: the “Devices” report now contains an “Account Enabled” column that displays the enabled or disabled status of each device account. This enables delegated operators to identify inactive devices and take appropriate actions to support security and compliance.
This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice idea.
