September 30 enhancements
IN THE SPOTLIGHT
[WORKFLOWS] Create user from template workflow action: two new “Create User from Template” workflow actions have been added: one for onboarding cloud-only users and another for onboarding synced users. This feature enables Tenant Admins to create a single-action onboarding workflow and allows delegated operators to onboard users in bulk using properties defined in user templates. Tenant admins can enforce the use of a specific template or allow delegated operators to choose from templates assigned to them before running the workflow. Inspired by a CoreVoice idea.
How does this impact you? This feature is exclusively available within the CoreView ONE solution. |
[PLAYBOOKS] V-Tenant-based scope for custom policies: custom policies are now associated with the V-Tenant scope of the policy owner, rather than the owner account itself. The updated policy wizard includes a required “Select Virtual Tenant” field to specify the V-Tenant for policy remediation. This change affects how Tenant Admins and Playbook Admins configure and manage policies. Detailed guidance on the impact of this update is available in the documentation. |

[REPORTS] Multi-selection available in “Recipient Type Details” column: The “Recipient Type Details” column now supports multi-selection, allowing users to filter reports using multiple criteria in this field. This update applies to all reports where the “Recipient Type Details” property is available. This feature was implemented in response to a request from Mike DiVergilio. |

[SETTINGS] Additional app consents in Organization Settings: three applications have been added to the “Consent management” section to optimize performance and traffic distribution. These act as replicas of the existing Integration app.

This update ensures continued monitoring and management of Teams groups, Security groups, Distribution groups, Microsoft 365 groups, SharePoint Online site members, and OneDrive owners. |

[REPORTS] Addition of “Account Enabled” status column to Devices report: the “Devices” report now contains an “Account Enabled” column that displays the enabled or disabled status of each device account. This enables delegated operators to identify inactive devices and take appropriate actions to support security and compliance. This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice idea. |
