Workflow: KPI exceptions:
- Today, in the CoreView portal, our KPI feature allows operators to set an object as an exception to the KPI; however, the user who sets the exception does not necessarily know why the object is an exception and if that is permanent or temporary. This enhancement allows a LOB operator to enter those details when completing an approval.
