Skip

The Skip function cannot be applied to Condition (If/Else) actions.

This setting is particularly useful when you want your workflow to skip a step without removing it entirely. You may want to do this when testing a workflow or when you just need to pause a particular step temporarily.

Skipped actions appear in grey and are crossed out. To undo this setting, click on the ellipsis and select “Enable”. This will restore the action to its original state, ensuring that it will be executed the next time the workflow is run.

Workflow steps can also be skipped based on a specified condition (for example, as a result of a filter) without changing the overall structure of the workflow.
