This is required only if you exceed the free tier of Azure DevOps.
The free tier includes:
- 5 users
- 1800 minutes of runtime per month.
In case you need to set a billing for your organization
- Navigate to Azure DevOps
- Select “Organization settings”
- Select “Billing” > Click the “Set up billing” button
- Select either an existing subscription or “+ New Azure Subscription”
- When finish, click “Save”
- Next to MS Hosted CI/CD, change the Paid parallel jobs from 0 to 1
