Tenant Admins: setting up V-Tenant privileges for operators

  • Last update on November 11th, 2025

This feature is exclusively available within the CoreView ONE solution.

As a Tenant Admin, you can set up Virtual-Tenant-specific roles and permissions for your delegated operators. Operators will then have the ability to select and deselect the Virtual Tenants assigned to them from the Privileges panel, restricting the number of elements they will act on as needed.

You can set Virtual-Tenant-specific roles and permissions from the Virtual Tenant management wizard when creating a new V-Tenant or editing an existing one.

“User privileges” in the Virtual Tenant management wizard

From the wizard, you can decide which roles and permissions the operator will have in each V-Tenant that is assigned to them, choosing from those that have been already assigned at tenant-level from the operator's “Personal info” page. For instance, you might decide to allow an operator to manage several elements in one particular V-Tenant (corresponding to a particular agency or other segment), where the operator might have the ability to access Playbooks and run remediation actions. In another V-Tenant, instead, the operator might only be delegated to view certain reports and execute no actions.
