This how‑to shows how to identify all users with admin roles in Microsoft 365 using CoreView.
- Under “Reports”, select “Security”.
View all users with admin role
Choose the “Users with admin roles” option. This will display all users with various admin roles within the organization.
Please note that the report includes both licensed and unlicensed users.
View only licensed users with admin roles
To view only licensed users with admin roles, click the Licensed Users with Admin Roles report.
