Problem
When opening the BitLocker keys report no data is shown and users are not able to view and manage their BitLocker keys.

Solution
This issue is caused by additional consent that needs to be granted to retrieve data for the BitLocker keys report.
To grant consent, open a private browser session while using an Office 365 account with Global Admin permissions. For instructions on how to grant consents, refer to the related article .
