Report Insights are designed to enhance your ability to analyze and explore data efficiently across various reports. These insights are available for User, Security, Group, Exchange, SharePoint, and Mail Traffic reports.
With Report Insights, you can:
- Effortlessly filter and locate relevant information within your reports.
- Simplify the analysis process with targeted filtering.
- Streamline your exploration of data by focusing on areas of interest.
How Report Insights work
To use Report Insights, simply select one or more insights within a report to filter the displayed content. When you select an insight, it dynamically updates and refines the information across the remaining available insights within the report.
For a closer look at the filters you've applied, hover over the “Reports filter applied” button. This will provide a detailed view of the active filters applied to your report based on your selection.
