Customize your communication

At CoreView, we understand the importance of maintaining your brand's identity across all forms of communication. 

That's why we offer the ability to customize the logo and the email address used in the communications sent through our portal. 


Step 1: Submit a support ticket

To initiate the customization process, you'll need to submit a ticket to our support team. This is because the customization process involves technical adjustments that our team will handle for you, ensuring a smooth and error-free update. Here's how to submit your request:

  • Visit our Support Portal and log in with your credentials.
  • Click on the “Submit a request” button.
  • In the ticket form, select “Customize Logo and Email Address” as the type of request.
  • Provide the following details in your ticket:
    • The new email address you wish to use for your communications.
    • An attachment of your company logo (format PNG or JPEG).
  • Submit the ticket.

Our support team will review your request and get in touch with you to confirm the details and the next steps.

Step 2: DNS Record Update

To ensure that your new email address functions seamlessly and maintains the integrity and deliverability of your communications, we will require you to add certain records to your DNS. This step is essential for verifying your domain and authorizing SendGrid, our email service provider, to send emails on your behalf.

After submitting your ticket, our support team will provide you with the specific records that need to be added to your DNS.

It is currently not possible to change only the logo without also customizing the email through SendGrid. 

This limitation exists because the customization of both the logo and the email address is facilitated through our integration with SendGrid, ensuring that your communications are not only branded but also secure and reliable.

 

Step 3: final steps

Once you've submitted your ticket and updated your DNS records, our support team will finalize the customization process. We'll perform all necessary technical adjustments on our end and inform you once your new logo and email address are active in the portal.
