As a distributor, you can monitor how Partners onboard their own end customers and access reporting details for these customers through the "Customers" page.
Note for resellers
Please note that this guide is intended for distributors. If you are a reseller, please contact your Channel Account Manager for an NFR/demo instance.
For each end customer, you can view:
- Subscription status
- Number of seats
- License type
- Associated partner managing the customer
Please note that as a distributor, you cannot directly manage your Partner's end customers.
