This article explains how customers can access CoreUniversity.

As a customer, you can access CoreUniversity through direct SSO login from the CoreView app via the Resource Center.
You no longer need to create an account manually. Your CoreUniversity account is automatically created the first time you sign in via SSO.
To access it:
- Open the Resource Center in the CoreView app.
- Select Documentation & Training.
- Click CoreUniversity.
You will be redirected to the appropriate homepage for your role.
From there:
- Go to My Training to view all courses assigned to you.
- Browse the homepage to find courses tailored to your role, whether you are an Operator or a Tenant Admin.
Accessing CoreUniversity via SSO
To access CoreUniversity via SSO, you must use an organization account. Please follow the instructions below to make sure your account is enabled correctly. If you are unable to access the platform, contact your Tenant Admin.
In most cases, access happens automatically. If it does not, you will be prompted with the Microsoft 365 login page, where you can enter your credentials to sign in to CoreView as an Operator or Tenant Admin.
How to activate the organization account to enable SSO access
To use SSO for CoreUniversity, ensure you have an organization accounts. This means your CoreView account should be linked to an existing “Microsoft Entra” account (formerly Azure).
Tenant admins can manage operator accounts under “Settings > Operators” by selecting an operator to access their profile. Here, they can check the “Use organization account” option.

- Explains how CoreUniversity works.
- Introduces the available content and how courses are organized.
- Shows you how to navigate the catalog.
