Intune management reports

This series of reports is designed to enhance Intune device management and security. They aim to equip tenant admins and delegated operators with crucial insights on policy application and device health within their Intune environments.

Access these reports by navigating to “Settings > Devices” from the side panel menu.

Intune Compliance and Configuration policies

The “Intune Compliance policies” and “Intune Configuration policies” reports provide essential details on each policy, including creation date, last update, number of settings, and the count of affected devices. For instance, you can determine how many devices are encountering errors with a configuration policy or not meeting the standards of a compliance policy.

Please note that filtering these policies by Virtual Tenant is not currently available.

 

Intune devices not compliant with Configuration policies

This report offers an all-encompassing view of Intune devices across varied states of compliance with specific configuration policies. The additional columns “Policy ID”, “Policy name”, “Policy settings names”, “Policy status”, and “Compliance state” improve visibility into compliance issues, streamlining troubleshooting.

This report enhances monitoring of device compliance with encryption policies, categorizing devices by compliance status (non-applicable, non-compliant, error, and conflict) for easier issue identification and resolution.
