Follow the steps below to integrate Configuration Manager SaaS with CoreView.
The process varies depending on whether the Registration App is already integrated in your CoreView environment or if it needs to be installed first.
Please, remember that you can access Configuration Manager SaaS at the following link: cmapp.coreview.com.
Please, select the button depending on whether you already have the Registration App or not.
If you have already integrated the Registration App , follow the steps below to integrate Configuration Manager in your CoreView environment.
Step 1: Create the Configuration Manager app
Firstly, access “Settings” > “Organization settings” and select the “Consent management” tab.
In the “Consent management” tab, to create the Configuration Manager app,
- Click the Create App button (top right corner).

The Configuration Manager app creation process will begin.

After creation, you’ll need to grant permissions for this app as well.
Step 2: grant permissions for Configuration Manager App
To grant permissions, either
- Click on the “Grant consent” button in the pop-up appearing at the top right

- Copy and paste the provided consent URL into your browser.

Now, accept the requested permissions:

When the operation completes successfully, a new page will open, informing you that permissions have been successfully granted for the app.

Once the app is created, you will have access to it.
Please be aware that there may be a delay (of approximately 5–10 minutes) between granting consent and being able to sign in to the application or seeing the Sync process initiate. If access is not available immediately, we recommend waiting a few minutes and then attempting to sign in again.
Access the Configuration Manager App
- Click the “Apps” icon at the bottom of the menu
- Select “Configuration Manager”

You will be redirected to the Configuration Manager Sync page:

If you haven’t yet integrated the Registration App , you will receive a notification indicating that additional consents or configurations are required for the app to function properly.
To resolve this, either:
- Click on the “Consent management page” link in the yellow buttor
- Access Settings > Organization settings > Consent management page.

Step 1: grant consents for app creation
On the “Consent Management” page, you will be prompted to provide the required permissions.
To do so,
- Copy the consent link displayed in the notification banner.
- Paste the link into your browser to grant the necessary consent

Step 2: grant requested permissions for App Creation
After opening the consent link in your browser, the CoreView Registration App modal will appear.
Review and accept the requested permissions.

When the operation completes successfully, a new page will open, informing you that permissions have been successfully granted for the app.

After the Registration App is created, proceed to create the Configuration Manager app.
Create the Configuration Manager app
Step 1: Create the Configuration Manager app
To create the Configuration Manager app,
- Click the Create App button (top right corner).

The Configuration Manager app creation process will begin.

After creation, you’ll need to grant permissions for this app as well.
