July 02 enhancements

IN THE SPOTLIGHT

[PLAYBOOKS] Policy-level permissions granularity: Playbook permissions now support assignment and restriction of permissions at both the Playbook and individual policy levels. .

In the Playbook permission settings, admins can expand a Playbook to view its list of policies. Each policy includes a checkbox, allowing admins to grant or revoke access per policy.

OTHER IMPROVEMENTS

[USER TEMPLATES] New “Show all” toggle for User Template visibility: User Template permissions now feature a “Show All User Templates” toggle. When this option is enabled, operators are automatically granted visibility to all existing and future user templates during the user creation process, specifically when using the “Create User from Template” action.

This feature is exclusively available within the CoreView ONE solution.

[REPORTS] Allowed recipients selection for scheduled and emailed reports: the Security tab under My organization now includes an “Allowed Subscribers” setting that lets administrators control who can receive report information sent via the “Schedule report” and “Send email” features.

Options allow restriction of email delivery to internal users or users from a specific Virtual Tenant.

The impacted areas are:
•    New report scheduling
•    Send report by email
•    New custom policy
•    Edit policy (newly added mail addresses)
•    Export the overview tab of the Governance Center

After this option is enabled, the only recipients you can assign to these areas are those who meet the criteria defined in the security settings.

[AUDIT] Operator timezone-based audit timestamps: a new column is now available in the CoreView audit log and tasks, displaying timestamps automatically adjusted to each operator’s configured timezone. The timezone-adjusted column is not included in exports or scheduled reports, nor does not include filtering options.
