This feature is exclusively available within the CoreView ONE solution.
On the Overview page of the Governance Centre, the “Create Insights with AI” button enables you to generate an AI-powered health check.
Please, note that the “Create insights with AI” button is visible only if the AI toggle is activated under Organization Settings for the tenant. If this toggle is OFF, no AI-related button or panel will be shown on the Overview page.
When selected, this button allows admins to access a right-side panel that generates and displays summarized insights related to tenant health, specifically focusing on anomaly detection.
AI-generated anomaly detection report
To generate an AI-driven “anomaly detection” report,
- Click the “Create insights with AI” button
- The system analyzes health and usage data from the tenant’s Governance Centre, applying AI algorithms to detect anomalies, unusual or potentially problematic patterns or events.
- The panel presents a concise, shareable summary describing detected anomalies, their potential implications, and recommended actions where possible.
Actions
Within this panel, you have the option to either copy the summary or provide feedback on the AI Insight feature. See the instructions below.
Copy summary
A “Copy” button allows direct copying of the AI-generated summary for further use.
Provide Feedback
You can provide feedback about the AI Insight feature via a Feedback button.
