From the Monitoring page you can open Change history.
This section is organized by scopes, and lists the changes detected on your tenant's configurations over time.
For each change, you can see which property values were added, removed, or modified, so you can determine whether the change was expected.

Navigating Change history
Select a scope from the left sidebar and click on the “Change history” icon. An overlay panel opens with a record of the changes detected since CoreView last read the configuration state.

Records are arranged by descending chronological order, and let you preview the changes via the following icons:
| Icon | Description |
|---|---|
| Blue circular double arrow | Indicates a modified value. |
| Red minus (–) | Indicates a removed value. |
| Green plus (+) | Indicates an added value. |
| Yellow clockwise arrow icon | Indicates a skipped read. |
Filter backups
You can filter the changes in the Change history panel by date range.
Open the filter in the upper-right corner of the panel, set the dates you want, and select “Apply”. By default, the filter shows the last 14 days.
Filter changes
You can use the “Changes” filter to display the full list of backups, with and without changes. Select the filter, then enable “Show unchanged”.
Review changes property by property
You can review property by property changes to identify which property values changed and determine whether those changes were expected.
Click on each record to view the configuration properties and their values. Each property value is marked with a badge indicating what changed in that backup:
| Badge | Displayed change |
|---|---|
| Added | The value that was added. |
| Removed | The value that was removed. |
| Changed | The previous value as removed and the new value as added. |
| Skipped | No value shown as it could not be read during deployment. |

If a Change history record includes at least two change types, for example “Changed” and “Added”, filters appear above the list of configuration names. Use these filters to view changes by type.
Select the "Details" tab to consult:
- The date and time of the backup for the selected scope.
- The Operation ID to share with Customer Support if you encounter an issue.
How to revert a configuration
To revert a change flagged in Change history, you need to use the Restore configurations feature.
