This feature is exclusively available within the CoreView ONE solution.
CoreView enables organizations to automate onboarding steps by leveraging workflows that include a “Create user from template” action. This feature allows Tenant Admins and delegated operators to build onboarding workflows that leverage existing User Templates.
“Create user from template” actions are designed for onboarding scenarios where new users must be provisioned with designated attributes, group memberships, licenses, and mailbox settings, all applied via template-based workflows. Using templates allows standardized user provisioning and reduces manual configuration steps.
Workflow configuration options
Tenant Admins can configure onboarding workflows that either require the use of a specific User Template or allow delegated operators to select from templates assigned to them. The workflow collects and applies all required properties during execution, while allowing delegate operators the flexibility to manage non-predefined properties.
- For configuration and delegation options, see the Tenant Admins: setting up “Create User from Template” Workflows guide.
- For step-by-step operator instructions, see the Delegated Operators: running “Create User from Template” Workflows guide.
Available “Create user from template” actions in Workflows
In the workflow creation wizard, under the “User” category, two main actions are available for onboarding workflows:
- Create on-cloud user from template: provision users directly in the cloud based on template settings.
- Create synchronized user from template: provision synchronized users in hybrid identity scenarios.

Depending on the selected action, only the relevant User Templates (on-cloud or synchronized) will be available during workflow configuration and execution.
