This article applies exclusively to the self-hosted version of Configuration Manager. For information on email management in Configuration Manager SaaS, please refer to the “Notifications” article.
This articles shows how to update who receives Configuration Manager's daily summary email and error notification emails' recipients.
To update the daily summary email's recipient, follow the steps below:
- Click on the user icon on the top right of the screen
- Select “Organization settings”, then navigate to “Notifications”
- Update the “Send Summary Email To Addresses” field to include the email addresses that you want to receive the daily summary email.
- Make sure to separate multiple email addresses using semicolons
- You can also update the “Error Notification Email addresses” field. These are email addresses that receive email notifications for failed Syncs.
- To apply your changes, click “SAVE”.
