Scheduled reports

Scheduled reports” refer to reports users have subscribed to, reports they have scheduled (“Schedule functionality” ) or those scheduled reports that have been shared publicly with all operators in their organization. 

This section outlines how to access the scheduled reports area, how to define the tabs in the schedules reports area and how to manage scheduled reports.  

They can be accessed from the sidebar, clicking on the item “Scheduled”.

Scheduled reports are divided into three types: 

  • My subscriptions 
  • Scheduled by me 
  • Public

Let's address them individually.

My subscriptions

The “My subscriptions” page displays scheduled reports where you are one of the recipients.

Scheduled by me 

The “Scheduled by me” section  displays the reports that you have saved and scheduled (see Schedule functionality).

“Scheduled by me” reports provide users with additional functionalities: “Delete” (also available in custom reports) and “Edit”. 

Public reports

The “Public” section allows users to access the scheduled reports that have been shared publicly to all operators in their organization.

Add to favorites

You can click the star icon in the “Favorite” column to add the report to your favorites.
