Granting access ensures that all intended users can access the reports.
The user account that runs the Power BI installer will be the administrator of the workspace. Other users can't view or access the workspace until explicitly granted permission.
In the Power BI workspace settings, you can grant access to individual users or groups from your tenant who need to view these reports.
Granting access to intended users
To grant access:
- In Power BI, go to Workspaces > Click three dots next to Simeon Cloud > Workspace access.
- Enter the group or email address, select the role, and click Add.
