Step 1: Upload logo

You can upload your company's logo to personalize the document. To do this, click on “Choose a file” or drag and drop the image into the “Custom logo” box located in the top-left corner. The system will automatically format the size of the logo.

Customize your report to show whether your policy compliance has improved or decreased compared to a previous period. Options include comparison with the previous month, quarter, or year. This trend will be highlighted in the second column of the first report in the document, with a green upward arrow indicating a positive trend and a red downward arrow indicating a negative trend.

Step 3: Select top policies

On the right side of the modal window, all enabled policies are displayed. Here, you can choose the policies you wish to include in the report. You have the freedom to select an entire Playbook, individual policies, or even no policies at all. Once you've made your selections, click “Next” to proceed.

Review and complete

Review and complete

In this section, you can review the document prior to exporting it. The first page will include the following information:

  1. Tenant status: display name, ID, and date of the report.
  2. Overall tenant grade: CoreView's evaluation based on unresolved critical and warning policies detected. A policy breakdown by severity levels is also included.
  3. Playbook policies report: this report includes all Playbooks available in your tenant, regardless of the selection made in Step 3. The table contains the compliance score for each Playbook, the previously selected comparison trend, the number of enabled policies, and a breakdown of their statuses.

The following pages of the document include a table for each policy selected in Step 3, printed under a summary of the enabled policies' status in the Playbook they belong to.

Each table contains detailed information about the policy:

  1. Policy status: compliant or not, marked in a color that also indicates the policy status.
  2. Severity level: this can be critical (red), warning (yellow), informational (blue), or compliant (green).
  3. Matched items: the number of items above the threshold detected by the policy.
  4. Out of: the total number of items forming the basis of the original report on which the policy query has been constructed. For example, if the policy is “Public Teams group”, the “Out of” value represents the total number of Teams groups in the Tenant.
  5. %: this percentage is calculated based on the numerical value for “Out o” and the number of “Matched items”.
  6. Trusted items / Exceptions: former matched items that have been validated and trusted (in the case of Entra Apps policies) or set as exceptions (for any other Playbook) by an admin.
