The “Service principal users” report provides a quick overview of the enterprise apps used by the operators in your tenant and the consents they have delegated to these apps.
This report presents the same information as the “Service principal delegated permissions” report but it focuses on permissions granted at the user level. Specifically, each row displays a combination of User Principal Name, Service Principal, and Resource, indicating the scope of delegated permissions granted.
