Assign an existing template to new customers

This article provides a guide on how to assign an existing configuration template to new customers.

Step 1: Navigate to the configuration template page

Start by navigating to the “Template > Configuration templates” page in the Partner App. This is where you can manage all your configuration templates.

Step 2: Select the configuration template

Identify the configuration template you want to assign to new customers from the list of available templates. Then, click on the “” or the “Actions” menu next to the template.

Step 3: Edit the configuration template

From the dropdown menu, select “Edit configuration template”. This will open a wizard that will guide you through the process of editing the configuration template.

Step 4: Navigate to the “Tenants” step

In the wizard, navigate to the third step labeled “Tenants”. Here, you can select the tenants to which you want to assign the template.

Step 5: Select the new customer

In the “Tenants” step, select the new customer you want to assign the configuration template to. You can select multiple customers if needed.

Step 6: Review and submit

After selecting the new customer, proceed to the “Summary” step. Review your selections and click “Submit”. The configuration template will now be assigned to the new customer.
