Error:

##[error]M365Management.Infrastructure.Util.M365ManagementException: The user is blocked due to a Conditional Access or MFA policy in the tenant. Please exclude the user from the policy.

Resolution:

Your Syncs are failing because a Conditional Access policy is blocking the Sync user's access to the tenant. This can happen when the account used to authenticate the Sync cannot sign into the tenant due to an MFA policy or other Conditional Access policy in the tenant.

To understand which policy blocks the Sync user, sign into the tenant portal and review the sign-in logs. You may need to exclude the Sync user from the Conditional Access policy and Sync again.
