[SETTINGS] Introducing user onboarding templates: you can now create user onboarding templates in Settings, specifying all the necessary user details. This feature enables admins to delegate user creation to operators, who will complete the templates with limited flexibility, ensuring a consistent output. This feature is exclusively available within the CoreView ONE solution. Â

[REPORTS] SharePoint and OneDrive multi-geo: we now support multi-geo data location management for SharePoint sites and OneDrive accounts. Simply add the “Preferred data location” column to any SharePoint or OneDrive report to view where the data is stored. This information is available for both reports and management actions*, promoting regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. *Note: Geolocation for SharePoint site creation action is coming soon! This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice idea. |
[WORKFLOWS] Enhanced password generation: you can now customize random password generation in workflow management actions. Simply navigate to the “Manage execution input” section and select the “Password” type to configure your criteria. You can set your preferred password length, along with requirements for special characters, digits, and uppercase letters. This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice idea.  |

[WORKFLOWS] New Multiselect execution input: you can now configure a “Multiselect” list execution input when designing workflows that require the selection of multiple options. This feature allows operators to easily select multiple values during workflow execution, improving efficiency, accuracy, and overall user experience. Note: only single-column CSV lists are supported. This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice idea.  |
ANNOUNCEMENTS
- [WORKFLOW/MANAGEMENT ACTIONS] Removal of “Reset MFA”: the “Reset MFA” action has been removed following Microsoft's removal of the “strong authentication methods” property and the MSOL PowerShell module. It has been replaced by the "Reset authentication methods” action. Admins are required to update their workflows and permissions to ensure continued functionality and compliance with Microsoft updates.
- [WORFKLOW ACTIONS] Removal of “Assign license” action: as anticipated, the “Assign license” workflow action has been removed. Admins are required to update their workflows to use the “Manage license” action to avoid disruptions.

[SECURITY] Introducing Secure by Default login rules: a new set of security settings allows admins to choose from four login rule configurations, including a combined condition of permission and virtual tenant association. This enhancement provides the ability to enforce stricter RBAC protocols, ensuring alignment with internal security policies. |

[AI INTEGRATION] AI-powered script optimizer: elevate your custom action’s PowerShell script with the new AI-powered script optimizer. This tool provides in-depth feedback on your script, which can be easily regenerated after you make any adjustments. Additionally, a new “AI integration” toggle has been added under Settings, giving you complete control over enabling or disabling CoreView AI functionalities. This feature is exclusively available within the CoreView ONE solution. It is NOT available for customers using GOV data centers. Â

[REPORTS] Scheduled report management: tenant admins can now modify or delete scheduled reports created by other operators. All reports are now accessible under the “Public” tab, where a column shows who last modified each report. This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice request. |
OTHER IMPROVEMENTS
- [TEAMS VOICE] Authorized users for Call Queue and Auto Attendant: designate operators to manage call queues and auto attendants directly within the management wizard for these features. Appointed authorized users are also displayed in call queue and auto attendant reports. This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice idea.
- [REPORTS] Group ownership information in User Card: selecting any group from a User Card will now instantly reveal if the user is a group owner, displayed under a new “Is owner” column. This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice idea.
- [MANAGEMENT ACTIONS] Supported file types for CSV uploads: a helpful description now guides you on the supported file types when uploading CSVs for executing bulk management actions. This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice idea.
