June 4 enhancements

IN THE SPOTLIGHT

[USER CARDS] New user sign-ins tab: a “Sign-ins” tab is now available within User Cards. This report displays user sign-in events, including timestamp, location, owner roles, and device information. Insight widgets enable precise filtering of logs to surface key sign-in metrics.

This feature is exclusively available within the CoreView ONE solution.

OTHER IMPROVEMENTS

[GOVERNANCE CENTER] Timestamp for Overall Tenant Grade report: clicking the “Overall Tenant Grade” widget in the Governance Center Overview dashboard now displays the timestamp of the most recent report synchronization. This provides clear visibility into when the data was last updated and supports troubleshooting any discrepancies with information shown in Playbook widgets.
[GOVERNANCE CENTER] Edit Workflow schedules: Workflow schedules can now be edited directly from the “Scheduled Workflow” list. Select the desired workflows and use the Edit option to open the editing panel and modify the schedule as needed.
This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice idea.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

[REPORTS] OnlineUser fields deprecated: at the end of March, Microsoft deprecated the following fields:

  • Overall provisioning status
  • Validation status
  • Is BlackBerry user
  • Strong authentication methods
  • Default strong authentication method

These fields have now been removed from the CoreView platform to align with Microsoft's changes and prevent confusion. Use the “Register authentication method” field as an alternative where applicable.
